SECTION 3: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: PARCEL 3: Beginning at the southwest corner of Parcel 2 above described; thence southerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Mabury Street for a distance of 270 feet, more or less; thence easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Seventeenth Street for a distance of 200 feet, more or less; thence northwesterly for a distance of 414 feet, more or less; thence westerly for a distance of 522 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the R-4 District, and Sectional District Map 8-5-9 is hereby amended to show said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 669 B. SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and after the date of its adoption.
