4/88 EXHIBIT NOT ATTACHED ORDINANCE NS-1057 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 674 FILED BY HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, ET AL., AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 27-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 674 A) WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application 674 filed by HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, ET AL., proposing to reclassify from the M 1 District to the R 4 District the property hereinbelow described; and said Commission, by its Resolution 5942, has recommended APPROVAL of said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 674 A; and WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on said reclassification on published notice as required by law and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and general welfare require that said property be reclassified from the M 1 District to the R 4 District and that the new classifi- cation will not be detrimental to the surrounding property; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION L: That the real property in the city of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: Beginning where the center lines of Segerstrom Avenue and Fairview Street intersect; thence easterly along the center line of Segerstrom Avenue for a distance of 1115' more or less to the center line of Greenville Street; thence southerly along the center line of Greenville Street for a distance of 713.3' more or less; thence westerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Segerstrom Avenue for a distance of 1120' more or less to the center line of Fairview Street; thence northerly along the center line of Fairview Street for a distance of 715.3' more or less to the point of beginning, is hereby reclassified from the M 1 District to the R 4 District, and Sectional District Map 27-5-10 is hereby amended to show said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 674A. SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and after the date of its adoption.
