ORDINANCE NS- 1061 AMENDING THE SANTA ANA ~3NICIPAL <br />CODE BY ADDING SECTION 41-742 RELATING TO SPECIFIC <br />PLANS FOR STREET ALIGNMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning <br />Commission has recommended the adoption of Specific Plan for <br />Street Alignment No. 39 involving a portion of Sherry Boulevard; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing before the City Council, on notice <br />as required by law, said Council determined that said street <br />alignment plan should be adopted and that the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code be amended to show such change; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Section 41-742 is hereby added to Chapter <br />41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code to read in words and figures <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Section 41-742.
