4/88 EXHIBIT NOT ATTACHED <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NS-1062 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 677 FILED BY FIRST WESTERN <br />BANK & TRUST CO. AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT <br />MAP 36-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 677A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and <br />duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application 677 filed by <br />FIRST WESTERN BANK & TRUST COMPANY proposing to reclassify from <br />the R-1 District to the CR District the property hereinbelow <br />described; and said Commission, by its Resolution 5946, has <br />recommended APPROVAL of said reclassification in accordance with <br />Exhibit AA 677A; and <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing <br />on said reclassification on published notice as required by law <br />and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and <br />general welfare require that said property be reclassified from <br />the R-1 District to the CR District, and that the new classification <br />will not be detrimental to the surrounding property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />PARCEL 1: Beginning at the intersection of the center lines <br />of MacArthur Boulevard and Bristol Street; thence south along <br />the center line of Bristol Street for a distance of 228 feet, <br />more or less; thence at a right angle to the center line of <br />Bristol Street easterly 40 feet to the easterly right of way <br />line of Bristol Street and also a point on the northeasterly <br />right of way line of the Orange County Flood Control District <br />Channel; thence along said right of way line of said channel <br />southeasterly 485 feet, more or less; thence north 614.8 feet <br />more or less, to the center line of MacArthur Boulevard; <br />thence along the center line of MacArthur Boulevard westerly <br />332 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning; <br /> <br />PARCEL 2: Beginning at a point at the intersection of the <br />center line of Bristol Street and the southerly boundary of <br />the City of Santa Ana; thence along said center line north <br />267 feet, more or less, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence <br />easterly 570 feet, more or less, to the westerly right of way <br />line of the Orange County Flood Control District Channel; <br />thence along said right of way line northwesterly 873 feet, <br />more or less; thence west 103 feet, more or less; thence north <br />220 feet, more or less, to a point on said westerly right of way <br />line; thence along said right of way line 515 feet, more or less, <br />to a point on the easterly right of way line of Bristol Street; <br />thence west forty feet to the center line of Bristol Street; <br />thence along said center line south 1871.2 feet, more or less, <br />to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the CR District, <br />Sectional District Map 36-5-10 is hereby amended to show said <br />reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 677 A. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
