4/88 EXHIBIT NOT ATTACHED ORDINANCE NS-1062 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 677 FILED BY FIRST WESTERN BANK & TRUST CO. AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 36-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 677A) WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application 677 filed by FIRST WESTERN BANK & TRUST COMPANY proposing to reclassify from the R-1 District to the CR District the property hereinbelow described; and said Commission, by its Resolution 5946, has recommended APPROVAL of said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 677A; and W~EREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on said reclassification on published notice as required by law and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and general welfare require that said property be reclassified from the R-1 District to the CR District, and that the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: PARCEL 1: Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of MacArthur Boulevard and Bristol Street; thence south along the center line of Bristol Street for a distance of 228 feet, more or less; thence at a right angle to the center line of Bristol Street easterly 40 feet to the easterly right of way line of Bristol Street and also a point on the northeasterly right of way line of the Orange County Flood Control District Channel; thence along said right of way line of said channel southeasterly 485 feet, more or less; thence north 614.8 feet more or less, to the center line of MacArthur Boulevard; thence along the center line of MacArthur Boulevard westerly 332 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning; PARCEL 2: Beginning at a point at the intersection of the center line of Bristol Street and the southerly boundary of the City of Santa Ana; thence along said center line north 267 feet, more or less, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence easterly 570 feet, more or less, to the westerly right of way line of the Orange County Flood Control District Channel; thence along said right of way line northwesterly 873 feet, more or less; thence west 103 feet, more or less; thence north 220 feet, more or less, to a point on said westerly right of way line; thence along said right of way line 515 feet, more or less, to a point on the easterly right of way line of Bristol Street; thence west forty feet to the center line of Bristol Street; thence along said center line south 1871.2 feet, more or less, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the CR District, Sectional District Map 36-5-10 is hereby amended to show said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 677 A. and SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and after the date of its adoption. -1-
