4/88 EXHIBIT NOT ATTACHED <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NS-1065 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 678 FILED BY ALWIN V. DIERKER <br />AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 31-4-9 (EXHIBIT <br />AA 678 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and <br />duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application 678 filed <br />by ALWIN V. DIERKER proposing to reclassify from the A 1 - 7200 <br />District to the R 4 and C' 5 Districts the property hereinbelow <br />described; and said Commission, by its Resolution No. 5948, <br />has recommended APPROVAL of said reclassification in accordance <br />with Exhibit AA 678 A; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing <br />on said reclassification on published notice as required by law <br />and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and <br />general welfare require that said property be reclassified from <br />the A 1 - 7200 District to the R-4 and C-5 Districts, and that <br />the new classifications will not be detrimental to the surrounding <br />property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />PARCEL 1: Beginning at the intersection of Sectional District <br />Maps 31-4-9, 32-4-9, and 6-5-9; thence North for a distance <br />of 267 feet, more or less, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; <br />thence continuing North 302.3 feet, more or less, to the <br />northerly boundary of the City of Santa Ana; thence westerly <br />along said boundary 57.9 feet, more or less; thence 66 feet, <br />more or less, northwesterly; thence 114 feet, more or less, <br />westerly; thence northwesterly 83 feet, more or less; thence <br />South 404.2 feet, more or less; thence east 285 feet, more <br />or less, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the A 1 - 7200 District to the C-5 <br />District, and Sectional District Map 31-4-9 is hereby amended <br />to show said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 678 A. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />PARCEL 2: Beginning at the intersection of Sectional District <br />Maps 31-4-9, 32-4-9, and 6-5-9, said intersection also being <br />on the center line of Fairhaven Avenue; thence West along the <br />center line of Fairhaven Avenue for a distance of 285 feet, <br />more or less, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing <br />West along said center line 487.8 feet, more or less, to a <br />point on the easterly right of way line of the Atchison, Topeka <br />and Santa Fe Railroad; thence northwesterly 373.9 feet, more <br />or less, along said right of way; thence east 9.1 feet, more <br />or less; thence North 6° 31' 25" East 267.6 feet, more or less; <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
