ORDINANCE NS-1070 AMENDING THE SANTA ANA <br />MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING SECTION 41-742 <br />RELATING TO SPECIFIC PLANS FOR STREET ALIGNMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning <br />Conuuission, by its Resolution Number 5952, has recommended the <br />adoption of Specific Plan for Street Alignment No. 40 involving <br />that portion of MacArthur Boulevard from Bristol Street to <br />Greenville Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing before the City Council, in notice <br />as required by law, said Council determined that said street <br />alignment plan should be adopted and that the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code be amended to show such change; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Section 41-742 is hereby added to Chapter <br />41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code to read in words and figures <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-742.
