ORDINANCE NS-1074 AMENDING THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL <br />CODE BY ADDING SECTION 9-191.1, OVERTIME FOR FIRE <br />DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Section 9-191.1 is hereby added to the <br />Santa Ana Municipal Code to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 9-191.1. <br /> <br />Overtime for Fire Department Personnel - <br /> <br />Constant Manninq Proqram. <br /> <br /> An employee of the Fire Department who responds on a <br />voluntary basis to an active duty assignment during a <br />scheduled off-duty period as the result of the Department's <br />manpower complement being below the specified minimum <br />requirement for a particular shift shall earn paid overtime <br />compensation at his normal salary rate on a straight-time <br />basis of computation. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty <br />days from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of April, 1971. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, FLOP~ENCE I.
