ORDINANCE NS-1101 AMENDING THE <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING <br />THERETO SECTION 10-2 RELATING TO <br /> FINGERPRINT FEES <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: The Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended <br />by adding thereto Section 10-2 to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 10-2. Fingerprint fees <br /> <br /> Every person requesting that his fingerprints be processed <br />by the City of Santa Ana shall accompany such request with a fee <br />of $5.00. This fee shall not be required of the following persons: <br /> <br />1. Applicants for employment with the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />2. Applicants who are amnesia victims and are attempting <br /> to establish their identity. <br /> <br />Applicants who are complying with any of the following <br />statutes: California Penal Code Sections 290, 1026, <br />1203.1, 1203.45, 1370, 11113 and California Health and <br />Safety Code Section 11850. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall take effect thirty <br />days from the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3: That the Clerk of the Council shall certify <br />to the passage of this ordinance and cause the same to be publ~hed <br />in some daily newspaper printed and published in the City of Santa <br />ana. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the <br />of December , 1971. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />20%h day <br /> MAYO~ <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
