Application for Permit. Any application for <br />a conditional use permit under the provisions of <br />this division and chapter shall be accompanied <br />by a fee of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars for <br />the basic conditional use permit, plus an <br />additional Five ($5.00) Dollars for each <br />dwelling unit within the development. <br /> <br />Application Contents. An application for a <br />planned residential development shall be in the <br />form of an application for a conditional use <br />permit and shall be accompanied by the following <br />information, maps and plans: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />A legal description of the real property; a <br />tentative subdivision map may be substituted <br />if the applicant proposes to sub-divide the <br />property. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />The gross land area of the development, the <br />present zoning classification thereof, and <br />the zoning classification and land use of <br />the area surrounding the proposed develop- <br />ment, including the location of structures <br />and other improvements. <br /> <br />(3) A precise development plan, drawn to scale, <br /> showing the following information: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Location of each existing and each <br />proposed structure in the development <br />area, the use or uses to be contained <br />therein, the number of stories, gross <br />building and floor areas, location of <br />entrances and loading points thereof. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Ail streets, curb cuts, driving lanes, <br />parking areas, loading areas, public <br />transportation points, and illumination <br />facilities for the same. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />All pedestrian walks, malls and open <br />areas for the use of occupants and <br />members of the public. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Location and height of all walls, fences <br />and screen planting. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />Types of surfacing, such as paving, <br />turfing or gravel to be used at the <br />various locations. <br /> <br />(4) Plans and elevations of structures to indicate <br /> architectural type and construction standards. <br /> <br />(5) <br /> <br />If the applicant proposes to provide open areas <br />and recreational facilities to be used by <br />the occupants of two or more dwelling units, <br />he shall so state in his application and the <br />application shall include a plan, acceptable <br />to the City, for the preservation and main- <br />tenance of the common elements of the property, <br />until said project is terminated by either the <br />Planning Commission, the City Council, or both. <br /> <br /> <br />
