ORDINANCE NO. Ns-lll4 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SANTA ANA <br />AMENDING SECTION 12-118 OF THE SANTA A~A <br />MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Section 12-118 of the Santa Aha <br />Municipal Code is hereby amended to read in w~rds and <br />figures as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 12-118. Visibility from the street <br /> <br />"No operator of a theatre shall permit, or <br />cause to be permitted, any entertainment or <br />film to be viewed at any time from the street, <br />sidewalk or highway which contains any ex- <br />plicit sexual material." <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall take effect <br />thirty days from the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3: That the Clerk of the Council shall <br />certify to the passage of this ordinance and cause the <br />same to be published in some daily newspaper printed and <br />published in the City of Santa Aha. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of <br /> , 1972. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />~LAYO R <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
