ORDINANCE NS-lll7 <br /> <br />ADDING SECTION 36-372 TO ARTICLE VII OF <br />CHAPTER 36 OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE <br />RELATING TO PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMITS FOR <br />SUNFLOWER AVENUE <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Section 36-372 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is added to read in words and figures as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 36-372. Sunflower Avenue <br /> <br />West city limits at Harbor Boulevard to <br />1,208 (one thousand two hundred eight) feet <br />to the east <br /> <br />Miles per Hour <br /> <br />40 <br /> <br />1,208 (one thousand two hundred eight) feet <br />east of city limits to Fairview Street <br /> <br />50 <br /> <br />Fairview to Bristol Street <br /> <br />40 <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That the Clerk of the Council shall certify <br />to the passage of this Ordinance and cause the same to be <br />published in some daily newspaper printed and published in the <br />City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty <br />days from and after tke date of its adoption, except as herein <br />specifically provided. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of <br /> , 1972. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
