ORDINANCE NS-1121 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NS-ll21 AMENDING SECTION 33-41 OF <br />ARTICLE II OF CHAPTER 33 OF THE SANTA ANA <br />MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO COSTS OF STREET <br />IMPROVEMENTS - ESTABLISHING <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1~ That Section 33-41 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code <br />is hereby amended to reads as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 33-41. Costs of street improvements -- Establishing. <br /> <br /> The costs of all original street improvements, other than <br />those costs which the city council may determine as payable <br />under the state gas tax major street development program or <br />other street improvement project authorized by the city council, <br />shall be paid by private persons having an interest therein. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That the Clerk of the Council shall certify to the <br />passage of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in <br />some daily newspaper printed and published in the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption, except as herein specifically <br />provided. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular adjourned meeting held on the 3r~ <br /> July , 1972. <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
