SECTION 55: The City Manager is hereby authorized to make budgetary re~isions within an activity appropriation if in his opinion such revision is necessary or proper. SECTION 56: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to transfer moneys in accordance with the Interfund Transfers listed in this ordinance in such amounts and at such times ~uring the fiscal year as he may determine necessary to the competent operation and control of City Business, except that no such transfer shall be made in contra- vention to State Law or other City ordinance or exceed in total the amount stated herein or as amended by the City Council. SECTION 57: One certified copy of this appropriation ordinance together with a certified copy of each ~.mendment thereto shall be transmitted by the Clerk of the Council to the Director of Finance. SECTION 58: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and after the date of its adopt ion.
