ORDINANCE NS-1131 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AMENDING SECTION 35-110 OF THE <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO INCREASE RESIDENTIAL <br />DEVELOPMENT FEES FOR PARK ACQUISITION AND <br />DEVELOPMENT FUNDS <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Section 35-110 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby repealed and re-enacted as a new Section 35-110 to <br />read in words and figures, as follows: <br /> <br />in the <br /> <br />SEC. 35-110. Fees. <br />Any person adding net residential units, as before defined, <br />City of Santa Aha shall pay to the City the following fees: <br />(a) $340.00 for each single family residential unit. <br /> (b) $150.00 for each apartment unit containing not more <br /> than one bedroom, and $50.00 for each additional <br /> bedroom. <br /> (c) $150.00 for each new mobile home park pad. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5 th day of September1972. <br /> <br /> MAYOR <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
