ORDINANCE NS~1134 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />SANTA ANA ADOPTING SECTION 29-11 OF <br />THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE REGULA- <br />TING HOUP~S OF OPERATION OF POOL ROOMS <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITy OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Section 11 is hereby added to Chapter 29 of <br />the Santa Aha Municipal Code to read in words and figures as follows: <br /> <br /> CHAPTER 29 <br />POOL AND BILLIARDS <br /> <br />Sec. 29~11. Hours_of Operation <br /> <br /> Ail pool rooms, except pool rooms or pool tables operated in <br />conjunction with bowling alleys, shall be closed and cease all busi- <br />ness~ playing and games between the hours of two o'clock a.m. and <br />six o'clock a.m. of each day. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That the Clerk of the Council shall certify to the <br />passage of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in <br />some daily newspaper printed and published in the City of Santa Aha. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption, except as herein specifi- <br />cally provided. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of <br /> , 1972. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK' OF' THE' COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
