ORDINANCE NS-1146 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AMENDMENT APPLICATION <br />#706 <br /> <br /> NOW~ THEREFORE~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Adams <br />Street and Raitt Street, thence east along the centerline of <br />Adams Street for a distance of 1256.5 feet, more or less; thence <br />south along a line approximately parallel to Raitt Street for a <br />distance of 911.8 feet, more or less; thence east along a line <br />approximately parallel to Segerstrom Avenue for a distance of <br />130 feet, more or less; thence south along a line approximately <br />parallel to Raitt Street for a distance of 130 feet, more or <br />less; thence east along a line approximately parallel to Seger- <br />strom Avenue for a distance of 325 feet, more or less; thence <br />in a southeasterly direction following a curved line for a <br />distance of 91.6 feet, more or less; thence in a northeasterly <br />direction for a distance of 30 feet, more or less; thence east <br />along a line approximately parallel to Segerstrom Avenue for a <br />distance of 97 feet, more or less; thence south along the <br />westerly boundary line of the Orange County Flood Control Dis- <br />trict channel for a distance of 614.7 feet, more or less; thence <br />west along the centerline of Segerstrom Avenue for a distance <br />of 1608 feet, more or less; thence north along the centerline <br />of Raitt Street for a distance of 1784.4 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br /> is hereby reclassified from the A 1 District to the 0 <br />District (Public Owned Land) and Sectional District Map 26-5-10 <br />as revised, is hereby amended to show said reclassification in <br />accordance with Exhibit A.A. 706-B. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That the Clerk of the Council shall certify <br />to the passage of this Ordinance and cause the same to be <br />published in some daily newspaper printed and published in <br />the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty <br />days from and after the date of its adoption, except as here- <br />in specifically provided. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the <br />of November , 1972. <br /> <br />of the City of <br /> 6th day <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
