Special Uses Where Parkint Requirements Have Not Been Designated ~or special uses, including airports, carnivals and circuses, amusement enterprises, and all other uses where parking requirements have not been designated herein, the Planning Director shall make a determination in writing. Any determination by the Planning Director may be appealed to the City Planning Commission and the City Council. HMI~HT REQUIRI~MENTS There is established separate and distinct height districts I and II in which are contained special provisions allowing structures to exceed the maximum height permitted in the applicable land use districts.
