Such space shall be no <br />less than ten (10) feet by.twenty-five (25) feet for <br />every ten thousand (10,000) square feet of floor area <br />or outdoor storage area with a fourteen {14) foot <br />minimum height clearance, but shall not be a part of <br />any area used for off-street parking purposes. <br /> <br />$7. Special Uses Where Parkint Requirements Have Not Been <br /> Designated <br /> <br />~or special uses, including airports, carnivals and <br />circuses, amusement enterprises, and all other uses <br />where parking requirements have not been designated <br />herein, the Planning Director shall make a determination <br />in writing. Any determination by the Planning Director <br />may be appealed to the City Planning Commission and <br />the City Council. <br /> <br />HMI~HT REQUIRI~MENTS <br /> <br />There is established separate and distinct height districts <br />I and II in which are contained special provisions allowing <br />structures to exceed the maximum height permitted in the <br />applicable land use districts. <br /> <br />All lots within Height District I shall be subject to <br />the £ollowing height exceptions and regulations: <br /> <br />On any lot or portion of a lot in the Al, RE, R1, <br />R2, RS, RSH and R4 Districts no structure shall <br />exceed the height therein specified. <br /> <br />b. On any lot or portion of a lot in the P, CD, <br /> C1, C2, C4, C5, M1, M2, LM and CM Districts: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />No structure shall exceed thirty-five <br />feet in height within one hundred and forty <br />(140) feet of any property in the Al, <br />Ri, RZ, R~ or R3H District. <br /> <br />Any structure on a lot or portion of a lot <br />contiguous to or separated by a street, <br />alley, flood-control channel or ditch, <br />pedestrian walkway, or railroad right-of- <br /> <br />$4 <br /> <br /> <br />
