STATEMENT THAT PROCEEDINGS FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF THE PPDJECT AREA OF THE CITY OF SANTA A}~A COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT PLAN, SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, IIAVE BEEN INSTITUTED UNDER DIVISION 24, PART 1 OF T~E HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA Pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 33373, it is hereby stated that proceedings for the redevelopment of the Project Area for the City of Santa Ana Conuuunity Redevelopment Plan, specifically described below, have been instituted under Division 24, Part I of said Health and Safety Code.
