4/88 EXHIBIT NOT A~TACHED <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NS-1181 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AMENDMENT APPLICATION <br />#721 FILED BY THE FIRST WESTERN BANK AND TRUST <br />COMPANY TO REZONE PROPERTY LOCATED BETWEEN <br />SANTA CLARA AND CATALINA AVENUES, FROM THE A 1 <br />DISTRICT TO THE C 5, R 2-PRD and R 1-PRD Districts, <br />AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 4-5-9 <br /> (EXHIBIT A.A. 721-B) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and <br />duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application #721, <br />filed by the First Western Bank and Trust Company proposing <br />to rezone the property situated between Santa Clara and Cata- <br />lina Avenue from the A 1 District to the C 5, R 2-PRD and <br />R 1-PRD Districts, and amending Sectional District Map 4-5-9 <br />(Exhibit A.A. 721-B); and said Commission by its Resolution <br />6039 has recommended approval rezoning from the A 1 District <br />to the C 5, R 2-PRD and R 1-PRD Districts in the City of Santa <br />Ana in accordance with Exhibit A.. A. 721-B, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing <br />on said reclassification on published notice as required by <br />law, and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, <br />and general welfare require that said property be rezoned from <br />the A 1 District to the C 5, R 2-PRD and R 1-PRD Districts, <br />and that the new classification will not be detrimental to the <br />surrounding property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa <br />Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />PARCEL I - C 5 <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of <br />Tustin Avenue and Santa Clara Avenue; thence east along <br />the centerline of Santa Clara Avenue for a distance of <br />246 feet; thence south along a line parallel to the center- <br />line of Tustin Avenue for a distance of 660.7 feet to a <br />point on the south line of the west one-half of the north <br />one-half of Lot 12 in Block 'B' of the. A.~. Chapman Tract <br />in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of <br />California, as shown on a map recorded in Book 102, Page <br />15 of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County Re- <br />corder of said Orange County; thence west along said south <br />line 246 feet to the centerline of Tustin Avenue; thence <br />north along the centertine of Tustin Avenue 660.9 feet to <br />the point of beginning. <br /> <br />PARCEL II - R 2-PRD <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Tustin <br />Avenue and Santa Clara Avenue; thence east along the center- <br />line of Santa Clara Avenue for a distance of 246 feet to <br />the True Point of Beginning: thence continuing east along <br />last said centerline for a distance of 364.62 feet; thence <br />south 0°21'42" east for a distance of 660.4 feet; thence <br />south 89°44'26" west 366.3 feet to the southeast corner <br />of Parcel I; thence north along the east line of Parcel <br />I for a distance of 660.7 feet to the True Point of <br />Beginning. <br /> <br /> <br />
