(13) <br /> <br />(14) <br /> <br />(15) <br /> <br />(16} <br /> <br />(17) <br /> <br />(18) <br /> <br />(19) <br /> <br />(20) <br /> <br />operating condition and the sticker on <br />the right front of each vehicle's wind- <br />shield showing that each vehicle has <br />passed said safety inspection. <br /> <br />A policy of insurance in the manner and <br />form required by this chapter from a <br />responsible, solvent insurance carrier <br />authorized to issue public liability and <br />property damage insurance in the State of <br />California. <br /> <br />An agreement that in the event the applica- <br />tion is granted, the applicant will keep <br />in operation at all times a sufficient <br />number of taxicabs to meet the public <br />convenience and necessity; however, at no <br />time shall he operate less than five (5) <br />taxis. Each application must be for a <br />minimum of not less than five (5) taxicabs. <br /> <br />An agreement whereby applicant agrees <br />that he will maintain on the premises of <br />his principal place of business, in <br />operating order at all times, one telephone <br />line for every eight (8) taxicabs for which <br />a license has been granted, and that at all <br />times there will be an operator in charge <br />of said telephone or telephones who shall <br />devote himself exclusively to answering <br />said telephones and dispatching taxicabs <br />in response to requests therefor. <br /> <br />A statement that no ambulance, motorbus, <br />or taxicab shall be kept garaged, serviced, <br />maintained or repaired on any premises <br />where the zoning chapter of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code does not permit the same. <br /> <br />A statement listing the registered and <br />legal owner of said vehicles and the <br />addresses of either registered and/or legal <br />owner or owners. <br /> <br />A schedule of rates proposed to be charged. <br /> <br />If applicant is a corporation, copies of <br />Articles of Incorporation, bylaws, any <br />permits or notifications for the issuance <br />of shares, filed with or issued, by the <br />commissioner of corporation. <br /> <br />Such other information as the Hearing <br />Officer, City Council, City Manager, or <br />Chief of Police may deem necessary in all <br />applications or in individual applications <br />for the proper protection of the public. <br /> <br />-7- <br /> <br /> <br />
