ORDINANCE NS-1188 AMENDING ARTICLE V <br />CHAPTER 2, PART 2, OF THE SANTA ANA <br />MUNICIPAL CODE BY REPEALING AND RE-ENACTING <br />SECTION 2-705 TO PROVIDE FOR APPROPRIATE <br />DISPOSITION OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />~IN AS <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the Santa Ana Municipal Code <br />by repealing and re-enacting Section 2-705 thereof <br />and figures as follows: <br /> <br />hereby amended <br />read in words <br /> <br />Section 2-705.
