ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />NS-1190 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING SECTION 2-352 <br />OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE INCREASING <br />COMPENSATION TO THE MEMBERS OF THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Section 2-352 of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 2-352. Compensation of members. <br /> <br /> Each member of the planning commission shall <br />receive the sum of twenty five dollars C$25.00) <br />for each regular, adjourned regular or special <br />meeting of said planning commission which said <br />member attends; provided, however, no such mem- <br />ber shall be paid more than fifty dollars ($50.001 <br />for such attendance at meetings held during any <br />one calendar month. <br /> <br /> The City Council, by resolution, may autho- <br />rize the payment, to Commission Members, of reason- <br />able sums for expenses in connection with their <br />official duties. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: Ail payments to be made as herein pro- <br />vided shall be effective the 19th day of December 1973. <br />This ordinance is a ratification of earlier action taken <br />by the City Council. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3: The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the <br />passage of this ordinance and cause the same to be published <br />in some daily newspaper printed and published in the City of <br />Santa Aha. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) <br />days from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19 day of <br />November , 1973. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
