ORDINANCE NO. NS-1217 <br />PAGE THREE <br /> <br /> SECTION 7: That the Clerk of the Council shall certify <br />to the passage and adoption of this ordinance; shall enter <br />the same in the book of original ordinances of the City; and <br />shall make a minute of the passage and adoption thereof in <br />the records of the proceedings of the City Council of said <br />City in the minutes of the meeting at which the same is <br />passed and adopted. <br /> <br /> SECTION 8: Said Board of Supervisors is hereby requested <br />to issue instructions to the Registrar of Voters of Orange County <br />to take any and all steps necessary for t~e holding of said <br />consolidated election. <br /> <br /> SECTION 9: The City of Santa Ana recognizes that <br />additional costs will be incurred by the County by reason <br />of this consolidation and agrees to reimburse the County <br />any such costs. <br /> <br />for <br /> <br /> SECTION 10: That the Clerk of the Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana is hereby directed to file a certified copy <br />of this ordinance with the Board of Supervisors and the <br />Registrar of Voters of the County of Orange. <br /> <br /> SECTION ll: That the Clerk of the Council shall cause <br />this ordinance to be published one time within fifteen (15) <br />days of the date of its adoption.
