ORDINANCE NO. NS-1226 <br />PAGE FIVE <br /> <br />(E) Signs required by law. Same as Al, RE and R1 zones. <br /> <br />(7) CR DISTRICT <br /> <br /> All signs shall be subject to the approval of plans as <br />per Section 41-441, the Commercial-Residential District. Generally, <br />signs in commercial areas of this district shall be subject to <br />the standards of the C and M Districts and signs in the residential <br />areas of this district shall be subject to the standards of the R <br />District. <br /> <br />(8) PLANNED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br /> All signs shall be subject to the approval of plans as <br />per section 41-537 of this Code, the Planned Community Develop- <br />ment District. Generally, areas designated at the adopted general <br />plan for residential, professional, commercial or industrial usage <br />shall be limited by the standards for signs permitted in the R, P, <br />or C and M Districts. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That section 41-618 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-618. The plants shall be listed <br />alphabetically and assigned key numbers to be used in locating <br />the plants on the plan. <br /> <br /> <br />
