ORDINANCE NO. NS-1234 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING SECTION 36-193 OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE FOR A ONE-WAY STREET SOUTHBOUND ON POINSETTIA STREET BETWEEN WASHINGTON AVENUE AND FOURTEENTH STREET THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That Section 36-193 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Sec. 36-193. One-Way Streets Designated There is hereby established a system of one-way streets within the City of Santa Ana as follows: Third Street, between French and Flower, westbound. Fourth Street, between Santa Ana Boulevard and Ross Street, eastbound. Fifth Street, between Ross and Mortimer, eastbound. Sixth Street, between French and Mortimer, westbound. Bush Street, between First and Seventeenth, southbound. Cypress Street, between First and Bishop, southbound. Golden Circle Drive, circular portion, north of Fourth Street, counterclockwise. Santa Ana Boulevard, between Mortimer and Ross, west- bound. Poinsettia Street, between Washington Avenue and Fourteenth Street, southbound. SECTION 2: Neither the adoption of this ordinance nor the repeal hereby of any ordinance shall in any manner affect the prosecution for violation of ordinances, which viola- tions were committed prior to the effective date hereof, nor be construed as affecting any of the provisions of such ordin- ances relating to the collection of any such license or penalty or the penal provisions applicable to any violation thereof, nor to affect the validity of any bond or case deposit in lieu thereof, required to be posted, filed or deposited pursuant to any ordinance, and all rights and obligations thereunder apper- taining shall continue in full force and effect. SECTION 3: to the passage of published in some City of Santa Ana. The Clerk of the Council shall certify this ordinance and cause the same to be daily newspaper printed and published in the SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after the date of its adoption.
