Additional public streets, alleys <br />and easements may be created in the Project Area as needed for <br />proper development. <br /> <br /> The public rights-of-way may be used for vehicular and/or <br />pedestrian traffic as well as for public improvements, public <br />and private utilities, and activities typically found in public <br />rights-of-way. <br /> <br /> G. Public, Semi-Public, Institutional and Non-Profit Uses <br /> <br /> With the approval of the Agency, parking, open space, public <br />and semi-public uses may be interspersed with other uses in any <br /> <br />area, <br /> <br /> In any area the Agency is <br />ment or enlargement of public, <br /> <br />authorized to permit the establish- <br />semi-public, institutional, or <br /> <br />nonprofit uses, including park and recreational facilities, <br />libraries, hospitals, educational, fraternal, employee, philan- <br />thropic and charitable institutions, and facilities or other <br />similar associations or organizations.
