ORDINANCE NS- 1271 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING <br />CHAPTER 2 OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE FOR <br />THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING BY RESOLUTION FOR <br />COMPENSATION PAYMENTS FOR MEMBERS OF THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Santa Ana does ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> Chapter 2 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended by <br />amending Section 2-352 thereof to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 2-352. Compensation of members. <br /> <br />Each member of the planning commission shall receive com- <br />pensation for each regular, adjourned regular, or special <br />meeting of said planning commission which said member <br />attends, in such amount and upon such terms as the council <br />may establish by resolution. <br /> <br />The council, by resolution, may authorize the payment, <br />to commission members, of reasonable sums for reasonable <br />and necessary expenses incurred by them in connection <br />with their official duties. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at <br />its ... regular meeting held on the 2nd day of <br />September , 1975. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
