NS-1290 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 36, ARTICLE I, DIVISION <br />2 OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE REPEALING <br />SECTION 36-29 <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Chapter 36, Article I, Division <br />2 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended by re- <br />pealing Section 36-29, Notice to Council of Traffic Control <br />Changes, thereof. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: If any section, subsection, sentence, <br />clause, phrase or p'ortion of this ordinance is for any reason <br />held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any <br />court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect <br />the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The <br />City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby declares that it <br />would have adopted this ordinance and each section, subsection, <br />sentence, clause, phrase or portion thereof irrespective of the <br />fact that any one or more sections, subsections, sentences, <br />clauses, phrases or portions be declared invalid or unconstitu- <br />tional. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd <br />day of February , 1976. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~LO~NCE I. ~,LONE <br /> <br /> <br />
