ORDINANCE NO. NS-1292 PAGE TWO of the Santa Ana Municipal Stadiu~ pursuant to contract approved by the City Council to the extent that such provisions are in- consistent with the terms and conditions of use permitted by such contract. SECTION 5: The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby approves and ratifies any agreement previously approved by the City Council providing for use of the stadium which is consistent with the ordinances of the City of Santa Ana as hereby amended. Further, it is the intent of the council that sale of beer and advertising be permitted pursuant to any such contract which permits such uses in the event that the ordinances of the City of Santa Ana are amended to permit such uses. SECTION 6: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby declares that it would have adopted this ordinance and each section, subsec- tion, sentence, clause, phrase or portion thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, sen- tences, clauses, phrases or portions be declared invalid or unconstitutional.
