ORDINANCE NO. NS-1298 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING SECTION 2-100 OF ARTICLE II OF CHAPTER 2 OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO SPECIFY A THIRD REGULAR MEETING EACH MONTH OF THE CITY COUNCIL. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: That Section 2-100 of Article II of Chapter 2 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 2-100. Council Meetings, Time and Place. Regular meetings of the City Council shall be held at the hour of 2:00 P.M. on the first and third Mondays of each month and at the hour of 5:00 P.M. on the fourth Tuesday of each month. At a time determined by the Council, said Monday meetings shall be recessed until 7:30 P.M. of the same day, at which hour the Council shall reconvene. Such Tuesday meetings shall not be reconvened unless otherwise determined by the Council. Council meetings shall be convened in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Santa Ana, California, and all meetings shall be opened therein, but may adjourn to such other place or places as the Council may order. If, by reason of damage, repair, or alteration of the structure, or other emergency, said place is determined to be unsafe, meetings may be held for the duration of the emergency at such place as may be determined by the Mayor or four members of the Council.
