NS-1303 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 34-193 TO INCREASE <br />LOCAL DRAINAGE AREA FEES AND PROVIDE FOR LATER <br />CHANGES THEREIN TO BE MADE BY RESOLUTION OF THE <br />COUNCIL <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Section 34-193 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 34-193. Same--Fees established. <br /> <br />The thirteen (13) local drainage areas shall be known, respectively, <br />as "Local Drainage Area No. I" through "Local Drainage Area No. <br />XIII", inclusive. <br /> <br />No final subdivision map or final record of survey map shall be <br />approved in any of the local drainage areas until the fee herein- <br />below provided for has been paid in cash or by other and equal <br />consideration as provided for in Section 34-192. <br /> <br />The fee to be paid for any land being subdivided or developed in <br />each of the local drainage areas is as set out after the name <br />of said local drainage area hereinbelow.
