NS-1311 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />APPROVING AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. <br />740 INITIATED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION, <br />PREZONING UNINCORPORATED PROPERTY IN THE <br />M1 (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT, AND <br />AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 30-5-9 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Co~mission has initiated Amend- <br />ment Application No. 740 to prezone property generally located <br />on the north side of Dyer Road between Halladay Street and <br />Grand Avenue in the M1 District, and has given notice of and <br />duly held a public hearing on said Amendment Application, and <br />has recommended approval thereof; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public <br />hearing on said reclassification on published notice as required <br />by law, and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, <br />and general welfare require that the said property be prezoned <br />in the M1 (Light Industrial) District, and that such classifica~ <br />tion will not be detrimental to the surrounding property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA DOES ORDAIN that the parcel of real property in the County <br />of Orange, California, specifically described in Exhibit AA. 740-B, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein as though fully set fortk, <br />is hereby zoned in the M1 (Light Industrial) District, said <br />zoning to be effective upon the annexation of the said property, <br />or any part thereof, to the City of Santa Ana, and that Sectional <br />District Map 30-5-9 is hereby amended to show such classifica- <br />tion in accordance with Exhibit A.A. 740-A. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the <br /> 2nd day of AUgust , 1976. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />MAYO R <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
