REL: nr 6-22-76 ORUINANCE NO. NS- 1313 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING SPECIFIC PLAN FOR STREET ALIGNMENT NO. 15B AND AMENDING SECTION 41-734, REPEALING SECTION 41-734.1, AND ADDING SECTION 41-734.3, SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE, TO ESTABLISH STREET ALIGN- MENT FOR FLOWER STREET BETWEEN CIVIC CENTER DRIVE WEST AND SEVENTEENTH STREET PURSUANT THERETO WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Santa Ana Planning Commission has recommended the adoption of Specific Plan of Street Alignment No. 15B, which revises the alignment of a portion of Flower Street as established by Specific Plan of Street Alignment No. 15, previously adopted by this Council; and WHEREAS, after hearing before the City Council on notice as required by law, this Council has determined that the established alignment of Flower Street, between Civic Center Drive West and Seventeenth Street, should be revised in accor- dance with the said Specific Plan of Street Alignment No. 15B in order to promote the public safety and welfare; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana does ordain as follows: SECTION 1: That Specific Plan of Street Alignment No. 15B is hereby adopted by the City Council as the street align- ment for Flower Street between Civic Center Drive West and Seventeenth Street. SECTION 2: That Section 41-734 of the Santa Ana Muni- cipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Sec. 41-734. Specific Plan for Street Alignment No. 15. Flower Street between Sixth Street and Civic Center Drive West. SECTION 3: That Section 41-734.1 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby repealed. SECTION 4: That Section 41-734.3 is hereby added to the Santa Ana Municipal Code, to read as follows: Sec. 41-734.3. Specific Plan for Street Alignment No. 15B. Flower Street, between Civic Center Drive West and Seventeenth Street. SECTION 5: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court of compe- tent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby declares that it would have adopted this ordinance and each section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses, phrases or por- tions be declared invalid or unconstitutional.
