NS-1350 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REPEALING <br />SECTIONS 2-310 THROUGH 2-320 AND SECTION 2-325 <br />OF THE SANTA A~A~UNICIPAL CODE, PERTAINING TO <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST PROVISIONS WHICH ARE NO <br />LONGER OPERATIVE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Sections 2-310 through 2-320 and 2-325 of the <br />Santa Ana Municipal Code were adopted as guidelines for the im- <br />plementation of the Moscone Governmental Conflict of Interests and <br />Disclosure Act, codified as California Government Code, Title 1, <br />Division 4.5; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the said Act has now become totally inoperative <br />in the City of Santa Aha due to the adoption of Conflict of In- <br />terest Codes by the agencies of the City of Santa Ana pursuant to <br />the Political Reform Act of 1974, and the said sections of the <br />Santa Aha Municipal Code are accordingly of no further force or <br />effect; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA DOES ORDAIN that Sections 2-310, 2-311, 2-312, 2-313, 2-314, <br />2-315, 2-316, 2-317, 2-318, 2-319, 2-320, and 2-325 of the Santa <br />Ana Municipal Code are hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED, this 21st day of March , 1977, <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: COUNCILMEN: Yamamoto, Ward, 0rtiz, Garthe, <br /> Evans, Brandt <br /> NOES: COUNCILMEN: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Bricken <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />'KEITt{ L.'
