RCS/ar/k 5-2-77 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. NS-1359 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />APPROVING SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN % 2 <br />FOR THE SENIOR CITIZENS HOUSING PROJECT. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the zoning of real property commonly known <br />as the Senior Citizens Housing Project, bounded by First, Ross, <br />Third and Van Ness Streets and more particularly described on <br />attached Exhibit A, has heretofore been changed to the SD (Speci- <br />fic Development) District by ordinance amending Sectional District <br />~{ap 12-5-10 (A.A. 753), and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and <br />duly held a public hearing on March 28, 1977, on proposed Specific <br />Development Plan #2, consisting of sketches and plot plans, ele- <br />vations, floor plans, parking plans and other plans, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing on <br />said Specific Development Plan #2 and considered said plan, and <br />now finds that said plans are in keeping with the neighborhood, <br />and not detrimental to the harmonious development of the City, <br />and will not impair the desirability of investment or occupation <br />in the neighborhood, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council, prior to taking this action, re- <br />viewed and considered the information contained in that Environ- <br />mental Impact Report designated as the Redevelopment Agency's <br />Environmental Impact Report prepared and certified by the Santa <br />Ana Redevelopment Agency as the lead agency for the project pro- <br />posed for the subject property, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Specific Development Plan #2, consisting <br />of plot plans, elevations, floor and other plans, on file in the <br />office of the Clerk of the Council, is approved and adopted as the <br />Specific Development Plan for the subject property. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: If any section, subsection, sentence, <br />clause, phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason <br />held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of <br />any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall <br />not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this <br />ordinance. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby <br />declares that it would have adopted this ordinance and each <br />section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion <br />thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, <br />subsections, clauses or portions be declared invalid or <br /> <br /> <br />
