SD #6 (Continued) <br /> <br />SECTIOt( 5 <br /> <br />SECTION 6 <br /> <br />SECTION 7 <br /> <br />YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />All yard requirements shall be established by the approval of <br />plans and drawings as provided for in Division 26 of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code. <br /> <br />PARKING REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />Required parking shall be provided as follows: <br />(a) two (2) fully enclosed garages and one uncovered parking <br /> space for each dwelling within the development, except for <br /> the following use: <br />(b} apartments: (1) bachelor apartment: one {1) parking space <br /> ..per unit; {2) one bedroom apartment: one and one-half (1.5) <br /> parking spaces per unit; (3) two-bedroom apartment: one and <br /> four-fifths (1.B) parking spaces per unit; (4) three and <br /> more bedroom apartment: two (Z) parking spaces per unit, <br /> plus one-half (~) space for each bedroom over three. In- <br /> cluded in the above parking requirements will be a minimum <br /> of one (1) fully enclosed garage or carport per unit. The <br /> decision of whether fully enclosed garages are required will <br /> be determined by the City as a condition of approval of plans <br /> and drawings as provided for in Division 26 of the Santa Aha <br /> Municipal Code. A percentage of uncovered parking spaces may <br /> be designed as compact car spaces provided that the City de- <br /> termines that t~e developer has provided adequate information <br /> to justify the inclusion of compact car parking spaces as a <br /> specific percentage of the total open space parking to be pro- <br /> vided. <br /> In addition to the above stated parking space requirements, <br /> guest parking shall be required as follows: one-fifth (0.2) <br /> parking spaces per unit for the first One hundred (lO0) units <br /> and one-tenth (O.1) parking spaces per unit for each addi- <br /> tional unit. <br />(c) tennis centers: Parking requirements shall be established by <br /> the approval of plans and drawings as provided for in Division <br /> 26 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code. <br /> <br />DWELLING UNITS PERMITTED <br /> <br />Not more than eighteen {18) dwelling units per one (1) acre of net <br />developable land area shall be permitted. <br /> <br /> <br />
