ORDINANCE NO. NS-13?i <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING SPECIFIC <br />PLAN FOR STREET ALIGNMENT NO. 46 AND ADDING SECTION 41-747 <br />TO THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE, TO ESTABLISH STREET <br />ALIGNMENT FOR BEAR STREET BETWEEN MACARTHUR BOULEVARD <br />AND SEGERSTROM AVENUE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Santa Ana Planning <br />Commission has recommended the adoption of Specific Plan of Street Alignment <br />No. 46, which establishes the alignment of a portion of Bear Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing before the City Council on notice as required <br />by law, this Council has determined that the alignment of Bear Street between <br />MacArthur Boulevard and Segerstrom Avenue should be established in accordance <br />with the said Specific Plan of Street Alignment No. 46 in order to promote the <br />public safety and welfare; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana does ordain <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION l: That Specific Plan of Street Alignment No. 46 is hereby <br />adopted by the City Council as the street alignment for Bear Street between <br />MacArthur Boulevard and Segerstrom Avenue. <br /> <br />Municipal <br /> <br />SECTION 2: That Section 41-?4?is hereby added to the Santa Ana <br />Code, to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-747 Specific Plan for Street Alignment No. 46. <br /> <br />Bear Street between MacArthur Boulevard and Segerstrom Avenue. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase <br />or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitu- <br />tional by the decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision <br />shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance.
