NS- 1475 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />ADDING ARTICLE VI, SECTIONS 13-50, 13-51, <br />AND 13-52 TO CHAPTER 13 OF THE SANTA <br />ANA MUNICIPAL CODE ESTABLISHING A FUND FOR <br />THERAPEUTIC RECREATION PROGRAMS FOR MENTALLY <br />RETARDED CHILDREN AND ADULTS <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended <br />by adding an article to Chapter 13, to be nunlbered Article VI, <br />which said Article reads as follows: <br /> <br />ARTICLE VI. FUND FOR THERAPEUTIC I{ECREATION <br /> <br />Sec. 13-50. Creation of therapeutic recreation fund. <br /> <br /> There is hereby created and established the <br />special therapeutic recreation fund. <br /> <br />Sec. 13-51. Deposit of moneys. <br /> <br /> Amounts received from therapeutic fund raising <br />activities, including but not limited to, the sale <br />of bumper stickers, rummage sales, bake sales, <br />service club donations, and amounts derived from <br />gifts, bequests and devises to the therapeutic <br />recreation program shall be deposited in the <br />therapeutic recreation fund. <br /> <br />Sec. 13-52.
