NS - 1499 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br /> <br />ANA AMENDING SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL <br /> <br />CODE SECTION 2-603 BY PROVIDING FOR <br /> <br />THE EXPANSION OF THE LIBRARY BOARD <br /> <br />TO SEVEN MEMBERS <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That Santa Ana Municipal Code Section 2-603 is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 2-603. Board - Established; membership; terms of <br />office. <br /> <br /> There is reestablished and continued in existence, <br />a library board of the city which shall consist of seven (7) <br />members to be appointed by the city council. Members of <br />said board shall hold office for a period of four (4) years <br />and until their successors are appointed and qualified.
