NS- 1530 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />APPROVING AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 831 <br />TO REZONE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 808 NORTH <br />HARBOR BOULEVARD FROM THE C4 (PLANNED <br />SHOPPING CENTER) DISTRICT TO THE C5 <br />(ARTERIAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT AND <br />AMENDING SECTIONAL MAP NO. 9-5-10. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the real property located at 808 North <br />Harbor Boulevard and more particularly described infra, is <br />located within the C4 (Planned Shopping Center) District, <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 831 has been <br />filed to amend Sectional District Map No. 9-5-10 to rezone <br />such real property to the C5 (Arterial Commercial) District, <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice <br />of and duly held a public hearing on said Amendment Applica- <br />tion and has recommended approval thereof, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public <br />hearing on the said Amendment Application on published <br />notice required by law and does now find that the public <br />necessity, convenience, and general welfare require that the <br />said property be reclassified as requested in the said <br />Amendment Application, and that the new classification will <br />not be detrimental to the surrounding property, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, prior to taking this action the City <br />Council has reviewed and considered the information contained <br />in Negative Declaration, I.S. No. 80-46, and, on the basis <br />thereof, finds that the project will not have a significant <br />effect on the environment; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN that the real property situated in the <br />City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, <br />generally located at 808 North Harbor Boulevard, and more <br />particularly described as the easterly 168 feet of Parcel 2, <br />as shown on a map recorded in Book 54, Page 31, of Parcel <br />Maps, records of Orange County is hereby reclassified from <br />the C4 (Planned Shopping Center) District to the C5 (Arterial <br />Commercial) District, and that Sectional District Map No. 9- <br />5-10 is hereby amended to show said reclassification in <br />accordance with Exhibit A.A. 831-A~ <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 2nd day of June <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />, 1980, <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: Bricken, Luxembourger, Markel, <br /> Serrato, Ward, Yamamoto <br />COUNCILMEN: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Griset <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ROVED AS T~ FORM: <br /> <br />~'.OWA~{O O.'
