NS-1551 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />ADDING ARTICLE IX TO CHAPTER 13 OF <br />THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE, TO <br />ESTABLISH THE "MAIN"SUNFLOWER CORRIDOR" <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That the Santa Ana Municipal Code, is hereby <br />amended by adding an article, to be numbered IX to Chapter <br />13 thereof, which said article consists of one section <br />numbered 13-80 and reads as follows: <br /> <br />ARTICLE IX <br /> <br />"MAIN - SUNFLOWER CORRIDOR" <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND <br /> <br />Sec. 13-80. Creation, deposits, and expenditures. <br /> <br /> There is hereby created and established the "Main- <br />Sunflower Corridor" Improvement Fund, for the purpose of <br />implementing that certain agreement, dated August 12, 1980, <br />between the cities of Santa Ana, Irvine, and Costa Mesa for <br />the financing of street improvements in the area of the <br />"Main-Sunflower Corridor," a copy of which is on file in the <br />office of the Clerk of the Council. Moneys shall be <br />deposited into, and expended from, said fund in accordance <br />with the provisions of the said agreement, as the same now <br />exists and as it may from time to time hereafter be amended. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this 17th day of November , 1980, by <br />the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: Bricken, Griset, Luxembourger, Markel, <br /> Serrato, Ward, Yamamoto <br />COUNCILMEN: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br /> <br />
