NS- 1552 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AMENDING SECTION 36-139 OF THE SANTA <br />ANA MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO <br />REGULATION OF ANGLE PARKING AREAS <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Section 36-139 of the Santa <br />Ana Municipal Code, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 36-139. <br /> <br />An~le Parking Areas <br /> <br /> NO operator shall park or stand any vehicle in any <br />manner except diagonal to the curb entirely between the <br />parallel lines painted on the pavement delineating a parking <br />stall on those portions of the streets described as follows: <br /> <br /> a The east side of Ross Street, between <br />Santa Ana Boulevard and Civic Center Drive; <br /> <br /> b Both sides of Fourth Street, between <br />Ross Street and French Street; <br /> <br /> c The south side of Walnut Street, between <br />Parton Street and Ross Street; <br /> <br /> d The south side of St. Gertrude Place, <br />between Towner Street and Flower Street; <br /> <br /> e The north side of Anahurst Place, between <br />Towner Street and Flower Street; <br /> <br /> f The south side of Tenth Street, between <br />Raitt Street and Townsend Street; <br /> <br /> g. The south side of Ninth Street, between <br />Raitt Street and a point 110' west of property line <br />of Raitt Street; <br /> <br /> h. The Van Ness Avenue cul-de,sac north of <br />Fifteenth Street; <br /> <br /> i. The east side of Center Street between <br />Monte Vista Avenue and McFadden Avenue. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: If any section, subsection, clause, <br />phrase, or portion of this Ordinance is for any reason held <br />to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any <br />court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not <br />affect the validity of the remaining portions of this <br />Ordinance. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby <br />declares that it would have adopted this Ordinance and each <br />section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase, or portion <br />thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more <br />sections, subsections, sentences, clauses, phrases, or <br />portions be declared invalid or unconstitutional. <br /> <br /> <br />
