NS- 1620 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />TO APPROVE AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 869 <br />TO REZONE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 901 CIVIC <br />CENTER DRIVE WEST FROM THE R1 (SINGLE <br />FAMILY RESIDENCE) DISTRICT TO THE CD <br />(CIVIC DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT AND AMENDING <br />SECTIONAL MAP NO. 12-5-10. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the real property located at 901 Civic <br />Center Drive West, and more particularly described infra, <br />located within the R1 (Single Family Residence) District, <br /> <br />is <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 869 has been <br />filed to amend Sectional District Map No. 12-5-10 to rezone <br />such real property to the CD (Civic Development) District, <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice <br />of and duly held a public hearing on said Amendment <br />Application and has recommended approval thereof, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public <br />hearing on the said Amendment Application on published <br />notice required by law and does now find that the public <br />necessity, convenience, and general welfare require that the <br />said property be reclassified as requested in the said <br />Amendment Application, and that the new classification will <br />not be detrimental to the surrounding property, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, prior to taking this action, the City <br />Council has reviewed and considered the information <br />contained in Negative Declaration, I.S. NO. 81-167, and, on <br />the basis thereof, finds that the project will not have a <br />significant effect on the environment; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN that the real property situated in the <br />City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, <br />generally located at 901 Civic Center Drive West, and more <br />particularly described as Lots 25 and 32 of Tract 455, as <br />recorded in Book 17, Page 8, of Miscellaneous Maps in the <br />office of the Orange County Recorder, Records of Orange <br />County, is hereby reclassified from the R1 (Single Family <br />Residence) District to the CD (Civic Development) District <br />and that Sectional District Map No. 12-5-10 is hereby <br />amended to show said reclassification in accordance with <br />Exhibit A.A. 869-A. <br /> <br />by the <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this 18th day of <br />following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: <br /> NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: <br /> ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: <br /> <br />January , 1982 , <br /> <br />Acosta, Bricken, Griset, <br /> Luxembourger, SerratO <br />Markel <br />McGuigan <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />EDWARD J.
