NS- 1653 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />ADDING SECTION 36-436 TO THE SANTA ANA <br />MUNICIPAL CODE, REGULATING PARKING IN <br />THE CITY LEASED LOT AT THE NORTHEAST <br />CORNER OF FLOWER STREET AND SANTA ANA <br />BOULEVARD <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the Santa Ana Municipal Code, is <br />hereby amended by adding a section to be numbered 36-436 <br />which said section reads as follows: <br /> <br />~ec. ~5-436. <br /> <br />Same. Parking lot at northeast <br />uu~ner ot ~'£ower Street and Santa <br />ana ~ou±evard. <br /> <br /> Parking of vehicles in the city-leased lot at <br />the northeast corner of the intersection of Flower Street <br />and Santa Ana Boulevard is restricted to (a) official vehicles <br />of the City of Santa Ana, State of California or the County <br />of Orange and (b) private vehicles for which a permit has <br />been issued by the director of transportation of the City of <br />Santa Aha. <br /> <br /> No person shall park any vehicle other than <br />such vehicles as described in this section in the above- <br />described lot. <br /> <br /> SECT, SON 2: If any section, subsection, sentence, <br />clause, phTaMe Or pOrbi~n ~f this ordinance is for any reason <br />held to be invalid or Unconstitutional by the decision of <br />any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not <br />affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. <br />The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby declares <br />that it would have adopted this ordinance and each section, <br />subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion thereof <br />irrrspective of the fact that any one or more sections, <br />subsections, sentences, clauses, phrases, or portions be <br />declared invalid or unconstitutional. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3: Neither the adoption of this ordinance <br />nor the repeal hereby of any ordinance shall in any manner <br />affect the prosecution for violation of ordinances, which <br /> <br /> <br />
