NS-1657 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />CHANGING AND ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARY <br />LINES OF THE WARDS OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, on September 20, 1982, the City <br />Council by its Resolution 82-128, declared its intention to <br />change the boundary lines of the Wards in the City of Santa <br />Aha, which said Resolution was regularly published as required <br />by Section 101.4 of the Charter of the City of Santa Ana and <br />gave notice of public hearing to be held on October 4, 1982; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: That the boundaries of the Wards of the <br />City of Santa Ana are hereby changed and established as set <br />forth on the map attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference as Exhibit A <br /> <br /> Section 2: That the Clerk of the Council shall cause <br />a map diagram showing the new boundary lines of each and every <br />ward to be published in the Register not less than thirty (30) <br />days prior to the general municipal election. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 6th day of December , 1982. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> · GUY, - -- <br />Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: <br /> <br />Bricken Aye <br />Luxembourger Aye <br />Acosta _Aye <br />Serrato ~A3e <br />Griset <br />Markel Nay <br />McGuigan Aye <br /> <br />GORDON BRICKEN, Mayor <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
