NS-1661 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />APPROVING AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 876 <br />TO REZONE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2733-2737 <br />NORTH CONCORD STREET FROM THE 0 (OPEN SPACE) <br />DISTRICT TO THE R1-7200 (SINGLE FAMILY <br />RESIDENCE - 7200 SQUARE FOOT MINIMUM LOT <br />AREA) DISTRICT AND AMENDING SECTIONAL MAP <br />NO. 32-4-9. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the real property located at 2733-2737 <br />North Concord Street and more particularly described infra, <br />i$ located within the 0 (Open Space) District, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 876 has been <br />filed to amend Sectional District Map NO. 32-4-9 to rezone <br />such real property to the R1-7200 (Single Family Residence <br />7200 Square Foot Minimum Lot Area) District, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice <br />of and duly held a public hearing on said Amendment <br />Application and has recommended approval thereof, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public <br />hearing on the said Amendment Application on published <br />notice required by law and does now find that the public <br />necessity, convenience, and general welfare require that the <br />said property be reclassified as requested in the said <br />Amendment Application, and that the new classification will <br />not be detrimental to the surrounding property, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, prior to taking this action the City <br />Council has reviewed and considered the information <br />contained in Negative Declaration (I.S. No. 82-109), and, on <br />the basis thereof, finds that the project will not have a <br />significant effect on the environment; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN that the real property situated in the <br />City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California <br />generally located at 2733-2737 North Concord Street, and <br />more particularly particularly described in Exhibit A, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein as though fully set <br />forth, is hereby reclassified from the 0 (Open Space) <br />District to the R1-7200 (Single Family Residence - 7200 <br /> <br /> <br />
