REL: adg <br />11/15/82 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. NS- 1663 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />APPROVING AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 874 <br />TO REZONE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1007 <br />NORTH FULLER STREET FROM THE 0 (OPEN SPACE) <br />DISTRICT TO THE M2 (HEAVY INDUSTRIAL) <br />DISTRICT AND AMENDING SECTIONAL MAP <br />NO. 7-5-9 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the real property located at 1007 North <br />Fuller Street and more particularly described infra, is <br />located within the 0 (Open Space) District, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendmeht Application No. 874 has been <br />filed to amend Sectional District Map No. 7-5-9 to rezone <br />such real property to the M2 (Heavy Industrial) District, <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice <br />of and duly held a public hearing on said Amendment <br />Application and has recommended approval thereof, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public <br />hearing on the said Amendment Application on published <br />notice required by law and does now find that the public <br />necessity, convenience, and general welfare require that the <br />said property be reclassified as requested in the said <br />Amendment Application, and that the new classification will <br />not be detrimental to the surrounding property, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, prior to taking this action the City <br />Council has reviewed and considered the information <br />contained in Negative Declaration (I.S. No. 82-104), and, <br />the basis thereof, finds that the project will not have a <br />significant effect on the environment; <br /> <br />On <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN that the real property situated in the <br />City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California <br />generally located at 1007 North Fuller Street, and more <br />particularly particularly described in Exhibit A, attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein as though fully set forth, is <br />hereby reclassified from the 0 (Open Space) District to the <br />M2 (Heavy Industrial) District, and that Sectional District <br /> <br /> <br />
