REL:adg 12/27/82 ORDINANCE NO. NS-1670 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 877 TO REZONE PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF EASTSIDE AVENUE NORTH OF FOURTH STREET FROM THE R1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT TO THE LP (LIMITED PROFESSIONAL) DISTRICT AND AMENDING SECTIONAL MAP NO. 8-5-9 WHEREAS, the real property located on the west side of Eastside Avenue north of Fourth Street and more particularly described infra, is located within the R1 (Family Residential) District, and WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 877 has been filed to amend Sectional District Map No. 8-5-9 to rezone such real property to the LP (Limited Professional) District, and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly held a public hearing on said Amendment Application and has recommended approval thereof, and WHEREAS', the City 'Council regularly held a public hearing on the said Ame~ndmg~. Application on published notice required"b'~ i~W and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and general welfare require that the said property be reclassified as requested in the said Amendment Application, and that the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property, and WHEREAS, prior to taking this action the City Council has reviewed and considered the information contained in Negative Declaration (I.S. No. 82-126), and, on the basis thereof, finds that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN that the real property situated in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California generally located on the west side of Eastside Avenue north of Fourth Street, and more particularly described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein as though fully
