NS- 1691 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AMENDING SECTION 36-285 OF THE SANTA <br />ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO SET PRIMA FACIE <br />SPEED LIMITS ON WARNER AVENUE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana, on March 21, 1982, adopted Ordinance No. NS-1672, <br />amending the Santa Ana Municipal Code to establish revised <br />prima facie speed limits for designated streets in the City; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said ordinance inadvertently omitted to <br />list prima facie speed limits for certain portions of Warner <br />Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to correct such <br />omission through amendment of that section of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code setting prima facie speed limits for Warner <br />Avenue; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN that Section 36-285 of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 36-285 Warner Avenue <br /> <br />Between the west city limits of <br /> Santa Ana and Fairview Street .... <br /> <br />45 6-10-82 <br /> <br />Between Fairview Street and Raitt Street .................... <br /> <br />40 6-10-82 <br /> <br />Between Raitt Street and <br /> Bristol Street .................. 40 6-10-82 <br /> <br />Between Bristol Street and Flower Street ................... <br /> <br />35 6-9-82 <br /> <br />Between Flower Street and <br /> Main Street ..................... 35 6-9-82 <br /> <br />Between Main Street and <br /> Grand Avenue .................... 35 6-9-82 <br /> <br /> <br />
