NS- 1692 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AMENDING SECTIONS 13-110, 13-111 AND <br />13-112 OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE <br />TO PROVIDE MULTIPLE FUNDS FOR TRANS- <br />PORTATION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br />AREAS <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: That the title of Article XII of Chapter 13 <br />of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />ARTICLE XII. <br /> <br />Transportation System Improvement <br />Program Area Funds. <br /> <br />SECTION 2: That section 13-110 of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 13-110. <br /> <br />Creation of transportation system <br />improvement program area funds. <br /> <br /> There are hereby created and established separate and <br />distinct funds for each transportation system improvement <br />program area designated by the City Council pursuant to <br />section 8-44 of this Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 3: That section 13-111 of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 13-111. Deposit of money. <br /> <br /> Ail moneys received from fees collected pursuant to <br />section 8-44 for permits issued within a transportation <br />system improvement program area shall be deposited into the <br />fund established for that area. <br /> <br />SECTION 4: That section 13-112 of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 13-112. Expenditure of funds. <br /> <br /> <br />
